| The XR heads have fins so thin that they would crack while racing. One solution (?!) was to tack weld a rod thru them... | Customer wanted the original fins & profile. I use small oak wedges for bracing the fins while working... | ..after finishing milling the "new" fins...you may note the support weld removal at the intake port. |
